Qualified Ecologist
Mr. Jacky Tam (CV 4) possesses over 8 years of experience in environmental study and especially in ecology research.
He has carried out ecological impact assessment and ecology surveys for EIA Projects/Feasibility Study/Ecological Monitor
ing/ BEAM Plus SA5/SS7 ecological assessment projects including vegetation, avifauna and freshwater communi
ties survey. He also worked on various ecological restoration of river/wetland habitats, including marsh habitat
construction in Kam Tin, Yuen Long, Express Railway project. The restored marsh/river habitat partially severed
as water treatment function for polluted water from upper river course (with high domestic pollutants load).
Based on his qualifications and working experiences, Mr. Jacky Tam is proposed as an ecologist.
